Nicks’ background is in technology based business development & operations. His experience is wide-ranging having worked with start-ups through to enterprise business. At the heart of what he does is always spotting potential problems and finding ways to mitigate them.

Nick started BlueWaveVision with a vision to apply the best of a lean approach combined with the learnings of more structured processes to help startups & SMBs achieve their potential.

Every business is different with it’s own unique challenges and his commitment is to drive the most efficient approach to overcome them and achieve the desired goals.

Manage the risks.

Taking a risk based approach to all activities allows you to determine where the problems are (issues), and more importantly, where they are likely to arise in the future.

We take a thorough review of your business to assess the risks associated with every aspect of your business.

Keep it simple .. as far as possible.

Lean, Agile, Waterfall ..  we totally support a minimal approach to process where warranted. The trick is to know when something more is justified.

Go too ‘simple’ and suddenly you ramp up other risks. We bring sound judgement to assist you to strike the right balance.

There are hundreds of wonderful tools to help your business be more productive, both internally and for the benefit of your customers.

Having implemented many such systems, we can help you get the right systems in place and make sure they are being used for maximum effect.

At the end of the day, whatever your business plans are, you need to ensure that your communication is clear and appropriate to all parties.

The consequences of mis-communication are often seen, be that in an unhappy team or unsatisfied customers.  We will review how and when you communicate to ensure that it doesn’t happen to you.

We meet .. or zoom

This is a free session to review and expand on the information provided and allows us to decide whether we are are a good fit.

Ultimately, you need to trust us and we need to be confident we can help you.

Full risk assessment & action plans

We review your operations & plans to discover not just current issues but also the risk of future issues arising.

Carried out via a series of conversations with key stakeholders over a 6 week period, the result is a detailed analysis of risks & issues across your business, along with recommended actions.

We then take the recommended actions, turn them into detailed plans and over 6 months we will help you implement the actions required, monitoring and reporting on their success.

Support for a specific need

After our initial discussion, it may be clear you need help with a specific area of your business.
